Using directional lights
Directional light emits light only in one direction. For example, it is suitable for modeling the sunlight. By default every new scene is lit by a directional light, but you can remove it if you want to light your scene differently.
Creating directional lights
To create a directional light:
- In the Project right-click the scene where you want to create a directional light and select Create > Directional Light.
- Name the light and click OK.
Setting directional lights
The following are the most commonly used properties for setting a directional light:
- Color to set the color values of the light
- Rotation to set the direction from which the light shines
